This song is from the movie Amruthavarsini (1997). I was 7 year old when this movie was released and I still clearly remember watching this movie in an old theater in our village. I became fascinated with the songs of this film from a very young age. But appreciated the lyrics very much later. I had non-Kannadiga friends in my college who were crazy about the songs from this movie and hence I had to translate each and every word of all of songs. With that process I myself got absorbed in the beauty of the words. Hats off to K Kalyan and Dev duo for such a wonderful album. The songs become amazing with SPB and Chitra voice...

So here is my first attempt with Kannada song translations with this beautiful song...

    Hey.. Similar thing happened to me.. Though the song is old, I recently tried to understand the lyrics.. I couldn't understand all the words, hence Google.. Sakkat blog.. Keep writing..
